Since breaking the corporate shackles I've coached nearly 300 people from just about every background possible. Most clients seem to have enjoyed the experience! (Don't take my word for it - check out the recommendations at the bottom of my LinkedIn page). I've also kept my recruitment skills up to date and actively recruit in the current market.

I previously spent over 20 years working with and running market leading recruitment consultancies in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. I have worked with 1000’s of individuals and 100’s of companies and organisations large and small across a wide range of industry sectors.

I’ve built and lead teams, divisions and businesses. Most of them were quite successful.  I’ve also made mistakes. Lots of them. Mistakes are great. It’s how you learn.  Hopefully I can use my experience in coaching and recruitment to help you avoid making the same mistakes as me.

Throughout my career I have remained ‘hands-on’. I’ve interviewed in excess of 5,000 people. I’ve personally placed hundreds of people into a broad range of roles with an even wider range of organisations. The majority seemed to enjoy the roles I’ve placed them into. 

Since moving to New Zealand in 2006 I’ve overseen the placement of thousands of people into roles with just about every organisation imaginable. I’ve partnered with a huge cross-section of New Zealand business. I know what works. Whether you are looking to be hired, looking to hire, or something in between I can probably help.
