šŸ‘» Ghosted. Again.

šŸ¦— Two coaching clients this week. Both had interviews. Both felt they went well and the interviewers were saying the right things. And then… crickets. No ā€œthanks but no thanks.ā€ No ā€œwe’re still deciding.ā€ Just… silence.

šŸ†˜ And it doesn’t just feel rude, it messes with people's mental health. Both clients are now doubting their ability to interview, to read the room, to trust their instincts.

🧩 And here’s the kicker – both employers are well-known NZ brands.

Look, I get it. Hiring’s hard. I’ve been doing it for three decades. But hitting send on a two-line email? That’s not.

šŸ‘» If you’re ghosting candidates, especially after interviews - you’re not saving time. You’re burning bridges. People remember how you made them feel. Especially when they’re job hunting.

šŸ—žļø It shouldn’t be this difficult.
