Do you know your 'story'? Without this your CV simply becomes a list of things you have done with no theme and core pitch behind it. Job hunting takes time and needs a lot of preparation. I work with my coaching clients to drill down on what they actually do and help them build out their story. And it works! Being able to articulate your core proposition is essential when you get to the interview and it's always immensely pleasing to see the results.
