Have you got a plan? It's at the heart of every coaching assignment I run. Job hunting is never easy, and this year is the toughest market I've encountered in 25+ years in the industry. Throw in a return to New Zealand from London, and a desire to change career direction and you have the challenge facing Simon Iles a few weeks ago.

We worked together to build his proposition and mapped out a plan of attack to proactively tackle the market. Simon did the hard work, stuck to the plan and nailed it.
