💡 You don't need a perfect plan to realise it's time to move on.

🏖️ A few years back I found myself sitting on a beach during the summer holidays, and the thought of going back to work wasn't filling me with glee.
🥱 It wasn’t that I hated my job. I just wasn’t excited by it. I felt like I was running out of steam, and out of reasons to stay.
👋 The following week I went back, walked into the office… and resigned. (True story!). Not because I had a perfect plan. I didn’t. It took most of the next year to figure that part out, but I knew something had to change.
💬 If you’ve ever come back from a break with that feeling, the “this isn’t it” thud in your gut - trust it. Then do something about it.
✈️ Build a plan. Shape your story, your CV and LinkedIn profile. Then start a proactive search. Don’t leave it until the next holiday, or the one after that.
➡️ If you've been there, what gave you the nudge to finally move on? And if you think you are there at the moment, flick me a message, very happy to have a confidential chat about where to start.
